Washington has a bill that would one up Florida's:
SB 6026 would allow residential outright in all commercial zones with zero mandates of any kind.
On top of that, it would ban requirements for ground floor commercial in mixed-use buildings.

WA's scissor stair bill has a hearing Friday at 10:30am.
