Hello, we do expect customers to consider those around them when travelling. I sincerely apologise that this is not the case on your service. Please speak with the Train Manager or another member of the onboard team to see if they are able to have a quiet word with them, or make an announcement.

Sorry to hear your experience is not up to standards. The Cafe Bar may not have opened Eat at Your Seat as the train has just started its journey. You may be able to access it after 11:30am, once things are moving properly. There is no information from the train that the service is not available

The LNER portion will be available to book. Alex, other operators usually release tickets 6-8 weeks before departure.
