The book is excellent, but when recommending it I would suggest a trigger warning. This book has a rape scene so horrendous that I had to skip it to prevent a panic attack. The scene and the character who is the assaulter tie into the themes of the novel extremely well, but it's extremely disturbing

His "later" opinions? Didn't he steal work from Rosalind Franklin? I am no expert, but from what I have read, he was a slimy prick who also made some important contributions to science.

This is just not true at all. The top 5% of earners who don't vocally oppose them are safe. And they're targeting certain groups more than others. I'm autistic, so I'm next, right after trans people.

I appreciate the lack of music. I think this is literally the first video of its kind I've ever seen on BlueSky without obnoxious music. I was ready to click the mute button, finger hovering over it's position, but was pleasantly surprised when I heard birds instead.
