The food and drinks were soooo good too. I can actually legit recommend all of these- Vyvan's Buttered Rum was definitely a highlight
The tasting menu for The Lobby Bar High Fashion - Bourbon, cinnamon, honey, bitters Angel Without Wings - Vodka, aperol, bruised cucumber Round 2 Castro Swizzle - Mint, Demerara Sugar, Lime, Rhum Agricole, bitters Idol Hands -Dark Rum, pineapple, coconut, ginger, banana liqueur, lime Round 3 Vyvyan's Hot Buttered Rum - Overproof Dark Rum, vanilla and cinnamon, butter. Topped with hand whipped cinnamon syrup. Food Rosemary Salt Steak Fries with coconut lavender aioli and house made ketchup with anchiote and smoke paprika. I went to @lobbybarsf.bsky.social in the Castro this Saturday (with my girlfriend) and the vibe was wonderfully gay and the food and drinks were soo good and it's trans run & operated so if you're looking for a place for us, by us i highly recommend. Immaculate vibes
