Considerate! I once got berated by a grad student who asked me to flip his flies during spring break because he switched them around and didn’t tell me, so I flipped the wrong ones. Ok, Chief, whose fault was that? Mine, apparently. 🙄

The horror I've felt whenever I've turned the tables on a situation I went through as a kid, thinking about how I'd react if it had happened to my son, and suddenly realizing that my mom's actions and reactions weren't normal at all and actually very harmful. Good for you for breaking the cycle! ❤️

I have the strong feeling his Presidency is going to come to a hard stop in March or April, either because he passes away or because he's removed from office. I don't think he has long left. He's clearly unwell.

She’s still wondering why I ruined breakfast by accidentally putting nutritional yeast on her wet food when she has explicitly made it clear that it should remain untainted and yeast only be applied to the dry food. The one on the right, however, won’t eat unless *everything* tastes like cheese.

Pretty sure ours were born feral, too. They weren’t spayed until they were 8 mos old and we had to teach them how to ‘people’. I think they’re adjusting ok. 😉 They still hate hugs but they show love in their own way. They are obsessed with my wife! Hands down the sweetest cats we’ve ever known!

Pretty sure ours were born feral, too. They weren’t spayed until they were 8 mos old and we had to teach them how to ‘people’. I think they’re adjusting ok. 😉 They still hate hugs but they show love in their own way. They are obsessed with my wife! Hands down the sweetest cats we’ve ever known!

I also hate the feeling of rewatching a show where the grown ups are the bad guys and I’m agreeing with them the whole time in a hard relate. Like “god, girl, yes, I get you. These teenagers will be the death of us. We should vent over mojitos.”

As someone who used to do nothing but redact info from discovery for a university as a temp, this sounds like an absolute nightmare for her staff.

Yeah my first thought is that rich people only want to donate to rich people and a large part of her work is probably impressing the wealthy at fancy parties. You can’t do that on $100k a year.
