Truly, truly it is. I just wasn't prepared for what could be a homestuck fandom renaissance, 9 years after the comic ended. Honestly I thought the fandom would have mostly moved onto popular fan comics by now.

I got into homestuck in the final month of its existence (finished reading it the day before the final animation went up) and its been such a trip watching this fandom go through the highest highs (Hiveswap, Freindsim/Pesterquest) and catch fire every time. what is even going on anymore?

Personally I've interpreted the watcher saying "Hydaelyn made the moon" as that being, an attribution to her because she was the one responsible for the sundering. Like, she "made" the moons and the worlds when she sundered the ancient world. If that makes sense?
