That’s crazy … when I’m sitting in a cafe, I want my coffee in a real cup - It’s a way of showing mutual respect for the coffee, the cafe and the customer. But yeah, I think cultural differences. We are much nearer to Italy …😁

Not that clear, but these form of subgrains is an indicator of high temperatures (> 550°C). They get this pattern due the development of subgrain boundaries parallel to different planes of the crystal.
