They could not only, but do constitute muder. There will, however, be no consequences whatsoever for the henchmen. No matter who the next president will be. So it's just carreer over conscience, a ridiculously easy choice for many in the US military.

Don't see any problem with Newsom. Plus, he can get votes from ppl who voted against perceived wokeness gone too far, many of which have a discussable point.
