I love the benefits that come with outpatient life but this place is the fucking pits and I just go. Ain’t no way.

I walked in today in a great mood, feeling positive and optimistic. That shit was ruined by 0800 SHARP!

I can’t believe stuff at dollar tree not $1 anymore. Like I can’t believe this is a price increase I’ve witnessed in my lifetime.

I’m just tired of not being satisfied in my career. I can’t see myself doing anything else but I just haven’t found the lane that works for me 😔

I graduated with a job in nephrology because I couldn’t even get an interview for Peds(DMC was not an option,they have visible roaches & pay crumbs)that job drove me away from the bedside. This job has a better work/life balance but it’s entirely too much for one person and they refuse to understand

I’ve been in this new role for 3.5 months. The last 3 months weeks have sucked so bad I’m thinking about looking for a new job.

I actually need a mental health day but I’ve already allocated all of my PTO to the holidays 😭

I have to get serious about going back to school.

I love waking up on Sunday mornings and cooking breakfast for us 🥰
