Right now resources are shared as a % of system usage, so Utah has 44% of PAC resources and Oregon is 27% of PAC, WA is 7%, CA is 1%, etc. Utah is the largest % of PAC's system. But, we all share in the resources. That is changing now though with WA/OR exiting coal, but how that works is TBD.

It won't affect any of the solar we already have. And, the US supply chain is rapidly growing, despite efforts to hobble it. But, yes, I agree it's a risk we should do more to mitigate.
