Fly by Jing looks good but I’m also not as inclined to pay so much for something one could make at home! The one specialty item I like to splurge on is 50 Hertz Peppercorn Oil, available at Hana Market in both red and green. Founder is a SAISer and friend.

I honestly just use whatever Sichuan-sourced dried chilis are available at the Chinese supermarket or on Weee. Lately been using a lot of 川知味.
