The Shield is an interesting choice in this context, since part of what makes its final moments so memorable is the ambiguity (something that the ST finale had a bit of as well).

My first answer would have been Terriers, which literally ended on a question.

Top three:

• Hopped over puppy; hit door frame; 4 staples.
• Run over by golf cart; 4 stitches.
• Ran full speed into barb wire fence; many band-aids.

Imagine how bloated it would be if they had obsessively tried to answer every question or ensure that everything was clearly explained (which are the most common complaints I’m seeing)?

Explaining things in broad terms and devoting time to the principals’ emotional arcs was the right choice…

Bundaberg is my favorite ginger beer.

The appropriate choice to continue disparaging the Australian people’s taste is musk sticks…

I feel like those of us that ran games before live-play videos existed know from experience that GMs in said videos are not representative.

But the newer generations can’t help but compare themselves to that ridiculously high standard because they were formative to their RPG experience.

When a shepherd offers “other methods of divination,” one might assume haruspicy…

My spouse commented to him that she liked the shirt and thought it was appropriate.

After we were seated, we saw a commotion where he was sitting. It was only then that we realized it was Jose Andres…

(So, in this case, we interacted with someone that we only later realized was famous.)

I played it once, at a convention, run by the designer (I think), and it was a blast, but it never worked as well for me.

But, the way I internalized the central flowchart changed the way I ran other games. It made me re-think when to ask players for rolls and how to make sure scenes resolve.

I generally agree that 10x engineers are a myth.

However, there are definitely 0.1x engineers, and, from their perspective, 10x engineers appear to exist.

In my opinion, the only way to make autonomous cars safe is to make the executives criminally liable for the actions of their cars. Anything short of that will just be seen as the cost of doing business.

The scariest thing I’ve ever seen at a zoo was a mountain lion that was pacing back and forth, hissing at the crowd.

Do not dally with murder kitties.

I’m going to assume that it was a gif-pronunciation-truther and they pronounced it “jam-oot”.

Yeah, but “Don’t Stop Believing” is also linked to Chris Evans disrobing, so you win some, you lose some?

It’s a beautiful table, but I admit that I zoomed in so I could judge your game collection…

(It’s also very nice.)

Paul Atreidies, for that matter. Though one could argue the Reverend Mother is a monster by choice and Paul is a monster by necessity.

Other monsters-in-contention:
Andrew “Ender” Wiggin.
Baru Cormorant.
Gulliver “Gully” Foyle.
John Gaius, Emperor of the Nine Houses.

My solution for hanging cables in the closet without having to thread them through the bars is shower hooks plus elastic bands.
