Their training isn't police training. Many of the new ICE agents are given big bonuses to do that job, but qualifications have been lowered.

Send him shopping to a grocery store with $100, to take food back to an EMPTY apartment where he has to stay for a month, except for grocery shopping. He can receive an SS check at week 2.5, pay his rent, heat, lights, and Uber costs. Then bring him to vacation in the BWCAW in his suit and tie.
