I’m afraid Thiel’s attempt to mold and market JD Vance into the same mythical charismatic successful character that Trump achieved through fake media promotion,is a huge fail. JD may be Thiel’s little chubby boy crush, but he’s a dud. He will never have the cult adoration Trump managed to create.

I love your door mat. Nothing like a Mountain View to create calm and serenity. I miss my redwood mountain home. Just couldn’t afford to retire there after the fires. Landed on the Oregon coast. A lot less diversity people wise but the beaches are stunning. The view I had to give up.

One of the biggest ironies was the reluctance Dems and Garland seem to have to go after Trump for his presidential crimes. Like doing that would taint the “office of the president”. When Trump not only tainted it but reduced it to a position of personal gain. If only Liz Cheney was DOJ.

I wouldn’t give our military too much credit yet. My feeling is this was a cooperative operation. Maduro was extracted and Trump will probably pardon him eventually. The military mafia regime still exists in Venezuela. They probably wanted to be rid of Maduro. And he needed to be saved from a coup.
