I had to go to the hospital today to put on a 24 hour Holter and Blood Pressure monitor. Basically they were surprised I needed to do both at the same time. Also they loved my Strawberry IV Hoodie and my Fairy Convertible Bag. I gave them my business card.

If I Tweeted about things that I like, things that bring me joy, all those interests that I'm enthusiastic about, the algorithm just seemed to stamp it out. It felt like people just didn't care. Only when I spoke about topics that made me miserable did people seem to see my tweets. Only negativity.

Also: UBI would dramatically shift the balance of power away from cruel, penny-pinching bosses. If a job was awful, full of demeaning cruelty, and paid nearly nothing, UBI means people could say "no" and only consent to work when a fair wage and working conditions were offered.
