Honestly, I think Thanksgiving broke my plateau. I ate too much that Thursday and Friday and haven't wanted to eat since. I want to lose 13 more to be at goal but I only want to lose 3 more before New Year.

It's such a good feeling, isn't it? Bob got me two 3xl Carhardt hoodies last year. I bought an xl this year and it's almost too loose. I broke through my plateau and I'm now down 67.
