Dormir d’une traite pendant 8 heures n’a pas toujours été la norme. Une découverte fortuite d’un historien a révélé qu’avant la révolution industrielle, le sommeil était souvent entrecoupé d’une pause autour de minuit.

It never changes, every year we bring out the first barrel of early potatoes from the polytunnel 🌱, and like children - we giggle with joy at the harvest. Steamed and served dripping with butter.. food of kings! "These were growing 2hrs ago" we say, "What could be fresher?"
