On the back, I added two craft foam strips long enough that i could fit my arm through with contact adhesive
The painting was the same as the hat with an added bit of shimmer turquoise blue paint for the gem in the middle

I made shape on paper folded in half as it's a mirrored pattern. Base is 10mm Eva and the details are cut from 5mm eva.
Once the details were stuck on, sanded them into bevels.
Primed with PVA, and painted white to allow the silver to show up better and voila

Then i used many layers of pva glue to prime before painting. (pva isnt always the best primer but on a budget it is the most budget friendly option)
I used a silver spray paint as i wanted some sort of shine of armor that ive never achieved with silver paint then painted all the details!

Then i took the dremmel to the harsh edges of everything and softened them all down.
I added the helmet slice details
Heat seal all the foam especially any dremmel or cut edges.

I patterned everything on paper, including the details' width, first before cutting it from 5mm foam.
