Depends on clinic and depends on the Medicare / Medicaid plan. Each plan is slightly different and a lot is up in air, so I suggest that people call their clinic directly to confirm video visits.

I highly suggest that people who do not have prescription drug coverage use apps like GoodRx to compare prices.

The difference in prices can be staggering between pharmacies.

Hi. I am a rheumatology fellow, here is current prices for pharmacies for Xeljanz as of Sept 30, 2025. I could prescribe this to patients today and this would be their cost without insurance for a 1 month supply of 5 mg Xeljanz (right) and 10 mg Xeljanz (left).

I think TrumpRx is still expensive.

Most of the world recommends a universal birth dose of hepatitis B vaccine, because that's when it's most effective. Babies need to be vaccinated within hours of birth to avoid being infected during delivery. #ACIP
