it’s so funny that every antishipper, no matter the ship, goes straight to “omg, no, they’re like siblings!” because that means they see the chemistry and like it, they’re just mad that a subset of fans see the characters as a potential romance.

viewing a friend as a family is way deeper and takes more time to develop than a crush. grow up and let people ship them. mark my words: that man is separated from his wife and that was already going down in season one with his whole, “i’m getting my kids a puppy” idea.

Also… I really like Steve and Nancy. By the end of the series, I don’t feel like he’d be her Ted at that point. I think they’re both different from where they started that if they came together they wouldn’t be settling, it would just be a really good match. Steve did blow his chance, so… boo.

And by plot holes, I mean Dr. Sarah Connor just leaving and the cast facing not repercussions for blowing up her base. The ending was just too clean. I’d say kill your darlings, but that’s why I like my theory. More are dead, Mike just rewrote the ending.

The ST finale is giving the Roseanne finale without the reveal that it was just a story Mike was writing all along.

Or maybe I’m just overthinking some heavy handed writing to make up for huge plot holes.
