If we have extra money in the rainy day fund to give away, why don't we set the sales tax rate back to 5% or less again. It was raised because we were short on cash. We're not in that situation anymore.

Isn't that sort of like Darth Vader? He started out good, caused all kinds of death and destruction, and then ended up good in the end? It's all the death and destruction in between we should be focused on...not the 1% of the time she does the right thing.
