Yesterday, a federal judge prevented the Trump administration from taking any more steps to dismantle the Institute of Museum and Library Services. The "narrow" temporary restraining order preserves the status quo at the agency without granting all of the relief that was sought.

Morning stroll in Ruidoso, NM. We were supposed to get 11 inches of snow this week but got wind instead. We need the water but it would have been a very different walk.
