My dog’s best friend’s human dad has been hospitalized for weeks so he’s hanging out with us even more than usual and I’m making sure to give him extra…love.

Last week my dog and I found a chicken dumped on side of road in a cardboard box. My neighbor with an empty coop adopted her and named her Poppy. Now my dog loves the chicken. She barks angrily at all other chickens.

My aunt said Bailey, “isn’t a water dog, doesn’t like to swim.” Just sent her his letter from camp.

(Izzy is leashed because she will run across road to harass chickens)
