I don’t give a fuck if it’s “just concept art”. If they won’t use AI for throwaway minor voice lines, then why the fuck would they use it for concept art? It’s the same thing, just a different medium. Feels terrible to see the one studio I looked up to decide to embrace the slop machine.

And it is so very frustrating to have family or friends assume that I’m learning this language for fun when in reality it has become my one sole obsession. Nothing short of perfection will sate me. I watch my country fall to pieces every day in the news, while people refuse to see it for what it is.

It’s not just enough for me that native speakers of the language understand what I’m saying. I need to have the ability to have thoughts and for those thoughts to spill out of my brain like they’re water. I need to know every single word so that I can precisely convey exactly what I’m thinking.
