Conscience Weapon (Longsword), Legendary (requires attunement) A beautiful gold and silver sword, carved with runes of divine magic. You have a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. Sentience. Conscience is a sentient, Lawful Good weapon with an Intelligence of 24, a Wisdom of 24, and a Charisma of 18. It has hearing and Darkvision out to a range of 60 feet. The weapon communicates telepathically with its wielder and can read, and understand Celestial and Elvish. In its lifetime, the sword was an Elvish philosopher of ethics during a time before the Age of Arcanum named Ethosphanes. The weapon yearns for truth and understanding. It learns its wielder's principles, then uses those ideals to encourage thoughtful action. Pacifist. Conscience is morally opposed to killing. To make attacks against a creature with this weapon you must first succeed on a Persuasion check to convince Conscience that the target deserves to die (The DM sets the DC between 20 and 30, depending on the argument made). You can make this check as an Influence action on your turn, or as part of an attack roll made with this weapon. On a success, you can make attacks with this weapon against the chosen target. On a failure your attacks automatically miss against the chosen target and you can’t attempt to convince Conscience again for 24 hours. Judgement. When you hit a creature with an attack using this weapon, you can attempt to kill it outright. If the target has 100 Hit Points or fewer, it dies. Otherwise, it takes 12d12 Radiant damage. Once you use this property, it can’t be used again for 1d4 + 2 days.

Lamented Authority 4th-level Necromancy Casting Time: 1 Action Range: Self Components: V, S, M* - (a royal crown or scepter worth at least 300 GP) Duration: Concentration, up to 10 Minutes Classes: Bard, Cleric, Paladin, Warlock, Wizard You cloak yourself in the spectral shroud of a long dead monarch or another spirit of importance. For the duration of the spell, as a Bonus Action, you can wield the spirit's authority. Speak a command to a creature you can see, and can hear you, within 60 feet of you. The command can not be more than a sentence long and can not involve anything that would obviously deal damage to the target. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or follow the command on its next turn. On a successful save, the target has Disadvantage on the next ability check or attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn. Undead creatures have Disadvantage on the saving throw.

Mantle of the Winter Queen Wondrous Item, Legendary (requires attunement) This regal cloak seems to be made of ice and is freezing to the touch. While attuned to this cloak you have the following benefits. Frost Armour. Ice crystals cover your body. While you aren't wearing armor, your Armor Class equals 13 plus your Constitution modifier. Crippling Cold. You emanate an aura of freezing cold. At the end of each of your turns, each creature of your choice in a 5-foot Emanation originating from you takes 1d8 Cold damage and has its Speed reduced by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. Cold Immunity. You have Immunity to Cold damage. Curse of Fire Vulnerability. This cloak is cursed, a fact that is revealed only when you attune to it. Attuning to the cloak curses you until you are targeted by a Remove Curse spell or similar magic. While cursed, you can't remove the cloak and you have Vulnerability to Fire damage.

This Skull siphons life force from the dead, to empower the wielder. But once it takes on enough life force, the skull animates, and it doesn't have the best personality.

Soul Eater’s Skul Wondrous Item, Very Rare (requires attunement by a spellcaster) A polished human skull carved with necromantic runes. The skull once belonged to a man named Mordecai, and while he has long since passed the remnants of his twisted personality still reside within his skull. While attuned to this skull you can use it as a Spellcasting Focus. Soul Eater. When a creature, that isn’t a Construct or Undead, dies within 30 feet of the skull it drains some of their life force, gaining 1 Charge, to a total of 6 Charges. You can consume one of those charges as a Magic action to cast the False Life spell. Animated Skull. If the skull has 6 Charges it becomes animated and floats around you. While animated you can use your Bonus Action to command the skull to invoke the doubts and trauma of a target, the skull casts the Vicious Mockery spell (as though cast by a 1st level spellcaster) using your spell save DC. In addition, if a creature rolls a 1 on the D20 within 60 feet of the skull, it casts the Vicious Mockery spell on them (no Action required).

The Combat Techniques feat for 5e D&D by LordEclipse. Please feel free to message me for a full transcript :) Prerequisite: Proficiency with Martial Weapons Ability Score Increase. Increase your Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20. Combat Techniques. Select two Combat Techniques from the list below. Whenever you gain a Level, you can change the Combat Techniques you chose. Brace - Take the Dodge action as Bonus Action while your wielding a Shield. Brawler - Your Unarmed Strikes deal 1d6 damage (1d8 at 9th level) and have the Light property. Commander - Use your Reaction to move your allies position in Initiative. Deep Wounds - Inflict a bleed effect on your enemies. Multiattacker - Get the Multiattack feature at lv 6 Shatter Armour - Reduce the AC of an armoured creature by 2. Strategist - Use the Help action as a Bonus action, with a range of 60 ft. Taunt - Taunt enemies on a failed INT save, forcing them to attack you.
