Wow it is dark out with a nearly new moon combined with a snow storm blocking the stars. Wish i had a clear night to stare at the Milky Way.

Camping in the high peaks area of the Adirondacks. My father is sick, so I went solo. Nothing better than lugging a 60 pound pack on my back for thanksgiving. Three years in a row of camping, but last two with my dad. Cell service is too weak to upload a picture so I’ll have to post that on Sunday.

Sunday is the 12’th anniversary of my stroke. I was pondering starting estrogen before it. For 11 years after it I told myself estrogen was too dangerous and tried to stay in the closet as trans. My egg cracked before the stroke so I lost 11 years of living as myself.

Last week Watson our chihuahua was choking on a dingo and had to go to the ER. The waiting room had a big pride flag and it made us happy seeing the acceptance. He was fine, finally getting it into his tummy where it it digested between the two x-rays.

This is actually taken two weeks ago at my 10’th wedding anniversary vow renewal. In Haddonfield NJ hence the hadrosaur. I am in the white wedding dress. It was so fun finally getting to achieve my dream wedding. When we first got married I was still a man so all of the pictures of me were wrong.

June is coming up quickly. Our 10’th wedding anniversary is coming up soon. We are renewing our vows next week and I can wear a wedding dress this time 👰‍♀️Also the first anniversary of telling my wife (at the Stonewall Inn) that I was going to start transitioning. 🏳️‍⚧️

New glasses. Vera Wang again. I am getting old, just got my first progressive lenses.

Starting estrogen 253 days ago is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I am happier then I have ever been. My only regret is having not started it about 15 years ago when I realized that I was really a woman.

I quit Twitter because of muskrat and his anti trans agenda. Hopefully Bluesky is a safer place to be for a trans woman like me.
