Today is conditional counterspells, with one of my favorite commons being Divert Disaster! Since the ramp is tied to being paid, I've found that this squishes out some nice value in mono blue and non-green decks!

I was putting together my Eluge, the Shoreless Sea deck, and put in a card because it was shiny and pretty. Today is for your cards that aren't quite that strong, but the art still compels you to run it!

I was putting together my Eluge, the Shoreless Sea deck, and put in a card because it was shiny and pretty. Today is for your cards that aren't quite that strong, but the art still compels you to run it!

Magic: The Baseballing is really high up there as one of my favorite SLDs! They even came with rare 'signed' variants of the cards by the players.

I'm still utterly baffled that we haven't revisited the baseball card SLD -- they look amazing! (though I think the backsides could stand to be a bit brighter). Thoughts?

One of my favorite examples of good use of comedy and flavor text. It's a nice roleplayer for delirium, landcycling, and provides a late game statblock too. 10/10 common to ever common.

For me, some of my favorite cards have been demonstrate. It feels like the issue of tempt that was solved by putting the control into your hands, and generally helps even out games in the long run.
