ADHD Addendum: Just to be clear, I know people can sing in tremolo. It’s the speed and the way it snaps on and off that makes me wonder. Amazing voice control, if it’s not digital.

I’m listening to “Golden” and…Ejae’s tremolo? Is that something a human voice can do? It’s so rapid, brief and subtle my first assumption is that it’s a digital effect; I’ve never heard anyone sing quite like that. If you want to listen yourself, it’s on most of the “oh” vowels in the chorus.

Okay, KPop Demon Hunters is genuinely brilliant, independently of your interest in kpop, demons, or the hunting thereof. The animation is genius, the script is a masterclass in concise storytelling, the lyrics are Miranda levels of inspired, and the music always does exactly what it needs to do.
