I hate this idea, unless you’re talking in-law suites. I see outside investors and renters destroying neighborhoods. These people just aren’t invested in the home and community the way an owner/long term resident is.

A charter school helped me break away from a public school system that was destroying my son’s confidence & intellect. There was nothing religious about it. We are atheists. There needs to be alternatives, especially for some of the most at risk students.

My 30 year old daughter died after 15 years of chronic illness. There is no getting over child loss, just embracing your new normal.
