Spent #CarersRightsDay answering emails about my daughters health, followed by a 2 hour appointment at a hospital 90 minutes drive away. More follow up appointments to come. Unpaid carers don't just make cups of tea or do the shopping, it is for some of us a 24/7 occupation.
