We went on a grand adventure to collect this camper. She's a fixer upper that my late grandmother wanted to renovate and tour the country.
I'm picking up where she left off. Still needs a lot of TLC to be usable, but its definitely road worthy. Already 300 miles into our 1300 mile trip home.

Since the world went and got itself expensive, we opted to make our own food on the road.
Truthfully, this is probably the best I felt being on the road. Portion control, not loaded with salt, and it forces us to take it slower.
Definitely will be doing this going forward.
