The Chinese gov has a 1% golden share in ByteDance. A 1% golden share could give the US the power to block the sale of sensitive data, influence decisions related to moderation & Nat. security, and unsure TT complies with US laws & regulations. A win for all, relating to the US’ supposed “concerns”
