Gambling is killing my love of sports.

Well that’s a sentence I’ll never unsee the rest of my days. Spot on.

Almost, not quite. The point of the Democratic party is to prevent a socialist party from existing, which involves a lot of losing.

I live too far from the towers. I get 1080p at a pretty decent bit rate, so no complaints from me. Beats not watching it because two multi billion dollar companies are having a pissing contest.

You never finished it, as I pointed out.

Had to sail the high seas.

DEMS caved and millions now will have no healthcare. They’re all against us minus a handful of progressives who are held down by the “leadership”.
November 11, 2025 at 12:34 AM
The consequences of me blindly voting against maga the past decade has me exactly where I’d be if I hadn’t.

Dem leadership would fuck up a bread sandwich and now they can suffer the consequences, of which they don’t care because pension, best healthcare in US, and a cushy consulting job upon exit.

Corpo dems are never letting go, esp. when they know their base will cover for them.
I’m going to be too busy trying to find more work to pay for $900/mo single healthcare that covers nothing until I’ve spent $3k on top of it, plus another $7500 co-ins.

I’m voting for progressive/socialists only.
November 10, 2025 at 11:33 PM
They think we’re a cult like the red hats. And seeing how angry the “blue no matter who” wing of the party is with me here on Bluesky, they’re not entirely incorrect.
November 10, 2025 at 11:22 PM
Right? Trump is the sole reason most of the dems I voted for got my vote at all the past decade. That ended yesterday. They’re only concerned about themselves, and when the opposition is actively trying to murder its citizens, I’m sorry but that falls WAY short of acceptable.
November 10, 2025 at 11:18 PM
Perfectly said.
November 10, 2025 at 11:15 PM
That’s what I’m doing. I will vote for the socialists/progressives on the ballot, and if there isn’t one, I’m skipping that race.
November 10, 2025 at 11:13 PM
Straight dems every election since Shitler came down the escalator.

Even when they fucked Bernie over immediately.

Even after they installed a walking corpse to head the oversight committee over AOC because “it was his turn”.

Establishment dems are about themselves and nothing else.
November 10, 2025 at 11:09 PM
With a big help from the controlled opposition that caved to their airline lobbyists yesterday.
November 10, 2025 at 11:04 PM
Not in my lifetime, which thanks to them yesterday is shaping up to be shorter than the day before.
November 10, 2025 at 11:02 PM
A psyop the senate democrats enabled yesterday. Take it up with them. All they had to do was nothing, and somehow still fucked that up.

You’re not winning me back to a position of blind loyalty, so stop trying. I have one way to hold them accountable and I’m going to exercise it.

That results in even fewer young and healthy people enrolling in employer-sponsored plans, which affects the pool an even greater amount. Rinse, repeat.

ALL IN THE NAME OF THE ALMIGHTY FOR-PROFIT US HEALTHCARE.
November 10, 2025 at 10:53 PM
That’s going to happen. Insurance based health is in a death spiral once those tax credits are no longer. It’ll be the old and/or sick who can still afford it for 1-2 years, and then employers will be seeing their costs double every few years bc the healthy pool of $ needs to come from somewhere.
November 10, 2025 at 10:53 PM
They wasted my blind support the past decade, that’s for certain.
November 10, 2025 at 10:44 PM
You know what changed? My health insurance. From $200/mo to $902, with a 500% increase in deductible and $7500 more in max OOP.

9 out of 10 democrats are owned by corporations AND a foreign “ally” committing genocide with our money. Call me whatever you want.
November 10, 2025 at 10:30 PM
Nothing, which is what I expect from them.

Keep voting for the corporation’s best interests- I’m not stopping you. I’m just no longer going to do it.

I don’t blindly follow a party like magats (and apparently a bunch of democrats) do. I hold them responsible by withholding my vote (and $)
November 10, 2025 at 10:25 PM
Yeah well they’re wasting their breath. I gave them a decade past fucking Bernie over. I’m in my mid-50s and quite frankly don’t have the time to trust them not doing what they always do. I have conviction, morals, and hold a grudge. I’m never accepting blame for this. They can go blame “leadership”
November 10, 2025 at 9:10 PM
I already am. So are you.
