Not having to always share space and having your own house to go back to when you don’t want to be around people is necessary. Community is necessary but decompression is as well. Although I don’t know that it would be necessary if everyone in your community was healed.

I’m not on any drugs. I’m just at about 10% body fat. I only eat what I need when I need it. Equivalent exchange still applies even if you buy something don’t eat it and throw it out. If something dies for you to consume, and you don’t consume it, something will consume you.
