How do fellow UXRs in highly regulated industries survive Agile

I’m finding this notetaking style i’m trying out to be quite helpful since I still have to do a lot of notetaking and analysis manually. Hopefully I can learn how to adjust it more so I can finish this study sooner rather than later

I have a really strong love-hate relationship with reviewing session recordings and writing down more ~complete~ notes.

Any UX researchers with suggestions for AI transcription services that can handle transcribing bilingual interviews?

Overwhelmed with how much there is to learn with UXR (i’ve been meaning to learn quant for the longest time but have barely started) but finding it hard to make time to learn outside working hours because i want to spent what little outside time i have to focus on other things like my hobbies
