I've been to see my potential new home for the 2nd time today. Voici two photos to give you all a flavour of the little town I'm moving to. I'm into my second pint & feeling quite warm & tingly, but I am super in ❤️ with the place! Amazing chazza shops & craft emporium & pub 2 doors down. 🎉🎉🎉

I have a new lodger. She moved in last night. She’s called Zia & she’s thoroughly gorgeous. She has brought her human with her, as she’s a hearing dog & he rents one of the bedrooms, but she likes a bed in the hallway. (The human is also nice.)

Dear Flossie went to the vet today to check out some odd symptoms, barrel tummy & other things (though she’s not fat at all) & after exam and bloods the vet announced “she’s mostly normal, or at least NFF, ie Normal For Flossie”
She’s now just checking out an empty pot of mackerel pate.

So this tiny puncture has caused me to require a tetanus jab, iodine dressing, sling, x-ray & now antibiotics & painkillers.

As light relief from yesterday, we did maths on the floor, played moon music with our new instruments, made quick pizzas & then painted the surface of the moon for our display using all sorts of found objects to print craters.
