The second amendment was written back when you had to reload your gun after nearly every shot, Musket times. This would've never applied to the WMDs of today. Only the military should have WMDs.

This is why I feel that ALL Presidential hopefuls should pass a test (closed book) of the constitution and must've served in some form of military, or had a better excuse than bone spurs.
