If a president can unilaterally put people or groups on a list and kill them, there is no meaningful limit to his use of force.

Senator Durbin is absolutely right: That is the entire point of the Senate—to grill the executive branch and demand accountability. Bondi's attempt to use the military as a distraction from oversight is pathetic. No emergency justifies shutting down a congressional inquiry.

This is a masterclass in political gaslighting. When they literally broadcast their intentions—to use the military to take over cities or target opponents—we are expected to pretend they didn't say it. Believe them when they tell you who they are and what they plan. Stop normalizing the threats!

YES. This is a definitive victory for the survivors. Ghislaine Maxwell's appeal being denied by the Supreme Court is final justice. Her conviction for recruiting and grooming those girls and her 20-year sentence stand. No appeal, no escape, no pity. May the victims finally find peace in this closure

The Supreme Court just rejected Ghislaine Maxwell’s appeal of her criminal conviction for recruiting and grooming teenage girls for sexual abuse by Jeffrey Epstein.

The decision means that her conviction and 20-year criminal sentence remain in place.
