DEI = Defining Expertise Individually.
It meant the epitome of hiring people into positions they were qualified for, ignoring gender, race, etc. individuals stood on their ability. This racist government wants to plumb the racism in the populace. Unfortunately, there's a lot there.

Talked to an Israeli a couple days ago. He said that imprisoned Palestinians being released in the proposed hostage exchange will be released back into their homes. Presumably in Israel, not in Gaza.
Jan 6 prisoners being pardoned, will be released back into the US population. Both, not good!
