This quote 👇If you've had coaching I'm sure you can relate to this! It's incredible how much a session can help you to see new possibilities where before you saw none. Something that is incredibly powerful for anybody, but is particularly transformative for people stuck in the justice system.
Over the past 12 months, we have delivered nearly 900 one-to-one coaching sessions!
Each conversation, whether it's with young people in prison, through the gate, or with prison staff, has represented a step toward unlocking potential in the justice system so that rehabilitation is possible.

Five years ago, we started coaching prison staff...
Since then, our life coaches have delivered over 500 sessions, giving prison staff a space to reflect and develop tools to manage stress, build resilience, and improve their own wellbeing, and in turn, that of people in their care!

After an extensive build up with Oasis Restore & CNWL, we ran our first HJ during Oct half term!
Following group workshops & 1:1 coaching sessions, the children told us the programme was "profound" & "they really enjoyed it."
We're looking forward to the next group in Feb 👏

Just returned from maternity leave and poking my head round this here app to see what it's all about. Nice to see lots of the justice charity sector here! I think I'll keep exploring and making myself at home 😁
