Second attempt at doing pixel art, September 4 is so close baby! Hornet with Pokemon trainer GBC limitations. I do wonder if I overdid the dithering with this one.

Tried my hand at some pixel art. Specifically a GB and GBC limited palette pokemon trainer image based on Ralsei from Deltarune. The image was also directly inspired by an image from another artist. This was a learning attempt, so I am open to criticism from more experienced pixel artists.
