The Steam Deck can hold +25-30fps on muddy tracks, and any other track it holds pretty much a stable 30fps.

Lemme know if you also have some physics issues when running above 30fps.
The vehicles would become more slippery and when using the bike, the driver could become jittery and literally explode after some time.
These effects can become more pronounced when well above 60fps.
