I vibe-coded Civicslog. It runs off a script on my laptop: checks the WH rss feed, pulls text, summarizes it, and the drops it into a markdown file ready to upload to GitHub. Netlify pulls from GitHub and publishes it. Costs $5/mo for the AI.

You could follow a similar workflow for your project.
