It's not the same feel as Threads. BS is more formal and cerebral feeling, where Threads is more casual. That's not wrong; it just IS.

about Facebook, I'm unaware of other SM that has a feature similar to Marketplace, and I'm unaware of any SM that offers chat the way Threads does. Each platform has a different personality and features. You're going to argue that BS has chat, which we are doing now, and that's true, but /2

There's also the fact that there's no similar alternative. If I don't like a Ford, I can go buy a Subaru, and get basically the same thing. If I don't like Facebook, where am I gonna go? None of the other platforms that have heard of have groups like FB does, which is the one thing I miss /1

I have often thought that it would be an excellent use of those spaces to install bathrooms and kitchenettes in them, and then use them to either house, the homeless or rent to people who are just starting out, such as college students or people just getting away from home for the first time.

Most churches have Sunday school rooms that are large enough to be small small studio apartments.
