Last summer, my son and I were visting London and went to Sir John Soane's Museum, which is amazing. As we were leaving, the doorman told us not to miss the Hunterian, right across the green there. We went and were blown away. One of the best days of our trip.

I don’t think you can completely separate character from funniness. If your appeal is humor that pierces hypocrisy, you’d better not be a hypocrite. Burr is doing the same thing he’s ripped other performers for doing. It changes the way you look at him, regardless of the quality of his material.

Only if you were a fan to begin with. You’re dismissing the possibility there are a lot of people out there who have genuinely disliked him all along and see this as vindication.
