So, my brain does this thing where even if I’ve got nothing to be anxious about right now, it’ll go back to things that have happened in the past 32 years of my life. Oh? Nothing’s happening right now? Let’s go back, reminisce onsomething that happened 20-30 years ago as though it’s happening now! 🥲
