Overthrow and begin again

Minnesota is showing the nation a path forward. People are doing the work of creating a parallel path to govt. One of community, mutual aid, and pooled resources. It’s not sitting back in comfort waiting on laws to be followed or govt officials, policies, agencies, or structures to effect change.

At that time, the vast majority of the federal government hadn’t sold their souls to corporations and foreign countries.

Brown, Black, and Indigenous people have had to live this way for generations. I’m in reverence of their refusal to let their spirits be crushed and their perseverance. May we all have relief from the trauma of these oppressive systems and the systems themselves.

The worst part is that human life other than their own means NOTHING to them. They’ll protect their hoard of wealth and the abhorrent, barbaric abuse of children will continue.
