One way to get russia back in their own territory is to constrain their military power by economic disruption. That's why #EUsanctions are effective - less revenue in the hands of aggressors, less bombed Ukrainian cities. Stricter sanctions could achieve ever better results.

Being an aggressor must come with an economic disruption. That's why #EUsanctions prolong supply chains for russia.
Semiconductors, that could've been at the doorstep the next day, now have to cross up to 14 countries to get to russia, or not at all.

We know Kremlin's methods well.
1949 March 25, operation Priboi: occupant deported more than 90,000 people from Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia to inhospitable areas of the Soviet Union. To stop resistance. But over 70% of the deportees were women and children under the age of 16.

For the past three years, Ukrainians have been fighting for everything we hold dear and right.
Only joint efforts of the freedom-believing world can stop russia‘s continuous aggression.

Seems like there is no such term in russia as #HumanRights - more than 110 Ukrainian war prisoners were executed since August.
Rules-based international order matters and must be restored. Aggressors must be forced to comply with international norms. #HumanRightsDay

11 years ago, Ukrainians went to #Maidan to defend their European choice. Russia and its cronies attempted to violently suppress it.
They failed to understand that the Ukrainian people's desire to live freely, independently, and in dignity cannot be undermined, and they still fail to do so.

Soviet deportations were pure terror and had left a terrifying scar in Lithuanian history. Yet, modern russian warfare is even more dehumanizing: torturing, humiliating, raping, and murdering on sight.
@rferl.org.web.brid.gy story tells atrocities committed by russian troops in Bucha, Ukraine.

For 1000 days, Ukraine has been defending what is dear to us all: families, culture, food supply, dignity, and democratic values.
Russia seeks to destroy it all, but Ukraine fight for all of us. The international community must support Ukraine, #WhateverVictoryTakes.

Today marks 1000 days of Russia's brutal war AGAINST Ukraine.
Ukraine did not choose this war – Russia unjustly attacked a sovereign state.
#WordsMatter. Use the correct terminology and name the aggressor.
