If i had to make a guess it would be to improve the bottom lines for food industry businesses. Not having standards they'd have to live up to means they put whatever low effort/cost goods they want to market.

I've kind of wondered in the last few years whether relocating all the nazi/nazi sympathetic german folks to the US, UK & Australia ect .. might of been a bad idea and letting virus into our respective countries.

I've kind of wondered for awhile how utterly infuriated the folks are who were happily quietly deving Ai stuff for .. actual targeted & potentially useful uses .. and then all the vapid big tech bros horned in to 'AI INTO EVERYTHING! .. the investors demand it!' sucking up the oxygen and spotlight.
