Oooof.
Quite the kicker at the 2 year mark.

I hope you post something epic in a decade too.

Napkin head would never work so tiny.

I feel like a huge swathe of society manages to avoid the news. Which I only get on the Internet.

But nice that some people live pirate free.

I rue the day we became whole family besties with the folks that introduced us to funky socks.

I have made up a whole holiday between Christmas and New Year's for socks and the annual budget is intense.

And swim suits are just damn expensive off season.

Did they come from a very nice pirate free plaxe? Or hate the Internet?
December 2, 2025 at 3:01 AM
The heads. They are so tiny.
December 2, 2025 at 2:54 AM
But what are all their current medical problems?
December 2, 2025 at 2:53 AM
Harrow was such an unusual and confusing read.
December 2, 2025 at 2:52 AM
I was tempted and I don't do Lego!
December 2, 2025 at 2:50 AM
Expensive for the common folk but no biggie for heads of state.

Tho skipping the brain while doing a flow check every where else....

My thing with Temu is that it seems to be the same factory stuff that marks up with a middleman. So similar to Aliexpress.
Actually a really good source of fixings for small crafters. Before the de minimus /tariff situation.

I would love to see more local sales and exchanges.

We're getting better results allowing for double screens, fidgets and sketch books.

The first book of Jaran was purchased in the same trip as the book that led to meeting my spouse @bookreadingguy.bsky.social !
Still have it, tho the spine is pretty creased. It reads differently 20 some years later but still excellent.

I'm bummed that there is no market to finish the saga.
December 1, 2025 at 2:37 AM
Mmm yes. Much can be found on...Temu!

It is a mega bummer about the Post tho. I think my dad actually cancelled his subscription.
December 1, 2025 at 2:30 AM
Apparently my dad tried to keep a squirrel as a pet back in the olden days. It throttled itself to death trying to escape.

Most of the rats were willing to be content in their cage. Some more than others but no suicides.

Was it a 2 headed axe?
Single head low strength back of the blade?
Maybe just a lil collapsed lung?
December 1, 2025 at 2:27 AM
May that be a positive sign, promptly rectified before 10am tomorrow.
December 1, 2025 at 1:07 AM
I much more approve of the concept of "quiche method".
December 1, 2025 at 1:06 AM
Yes. The difference is clear despite both being horrible and I will hard pass on either!

And we are moving into peak food poisoning week with turkey leftovers.

And maybe a bit fitting for this ridiculous ramble about resources too.

They did what they wanted for his treatment. No conversations about concurrent hospice or living wills with the care team. Or maybe one or the other could not hear.

Just do the job. And if something runs out. Stop.

They didn't listen to me and what I wanted to do- what I had planned - for the limited supply of roofing panels.
I tried to show them what I was thinking, offering a different partial build before getting more supplies.

Which, really, actually fitting for how the last weeks went in reality.

Quantity? Quality?
Equity? Equality?

I don't know.
It's past my bedtime and my dreams have been rough.

Last night had a dream with my Dad.

He and my mother carried on with a yard project involving gutters and roofing (the house was unfamiliar to my waking life. ) in the backyard.
